Besides that, we have the typical owner users who want this neighborhood and are trading up from a home less expensive or a condominium. Then, there are also the people who are relocating here due to business and employment.

The most significant change; however, are buyers in the technology sector relocating here from Silicon Valley and Northern California. There are many entertainment companies and technology startups that have attracted young people with excellent incomes to this area. It has become an icon location to these people. The more people move here, the more their friends and colleagues will be attracted as well. What’s there not to like?
