A VERY SPECIAL NEIGHBORHOOD

This charming, old-world community reflects the elegance of a lost art. Beautiful old Spanish homes reminiscent of another era sit alongside English, Tudor and traditional architectural delights, providing a special hard-to-find ambiance for the neighborhood. Many of the once, one story homes have been added to and lavishly remodeled, while many others have remained untouched, still maintaining the character of their early existence. Regardless, for some reason, everyone who lives in Westwood seems to have a tremendous pride of ownership. When visiting, one can see why one would never want to leave this comfortable, secure Hamlet.

Westwood remains centrally located to the film business, the high-tech computer industry and the professional offices of Century City. The many doctors and lawyers who have made this their long time residence, commute easily to work. Strolling the streets, it is common to see young couples with children on bikes, trikes and skates. Just minutes from UCLA and some of the best shopping areas in the city, Westwood is very appealing to the elite.

Westwood schools are some of the best in the country, with some of the highest test scores. Westwood Charter School is almost entirely supported by the local Westwood community and the Booster Club. This allows for well run and sophisticated after school programs and activities. In many ways I am personally involved in Westwood Charter School; having designed and paid for its web site. In addition, I sponsor the Halloween Hoot and the Silent Auction Vacation Give Away every year, which provides thousands of dollars a year in support. I am also an active supporter of Fairburn Elementary School, located just south of Wilshire.

I am intimately familiar with the Westwood Area. In fact, when you go through the neighborhood, perhaps you have seen some of the “For Sale” signs that quickly turn to “Sold” signs. Since I have a special affinity for the neighborhood, my enthusiasm is easily translated into a sale very close to the listing price, and sometimes even above.

When people think of Real Estate in Westwood, they think of me, Ron Wynn, automatically. Buyers call me when they are looking for a home because they know I am available as a good source of information about Westwood. Having done business in the area for 26 years, my knowledge makes me a good source of information for outside brokers as well.

As your direct representative, I receive phone calls daily from private parties and brokers, giving me that extra edge in gaining the exposure your property may not receive from any other broker. If you are looking for an agent who is familiar with your neighborhood, who knows it like the back of his hand, who knows the neighbors, and who has a special love for Westwood, call me, Ron Wynn.
