Often you will see neighbors in their front yards talking and children playing. Children can walk to Grant and Will Rogers Elementary School with crossing guards there to guarantee safety.

The area has definitely been discovered by the film and television industries. Over the past several years many of the Sound Studios have relocated to Santa Monica and Venice.
