" Dear Ron,

In the spring of 2016 my brothers and I were faced with the task of selling our mother’s home when she was no longer able to manage living alone.Ron was one of many Realtor’s we considered to help us and we ultimately chose him to list the house for a number of reasons.Ron made himself available to answer our questions and gave us referrals for necessary repairs and cleanup without a commitment to work with him.He took time to answer our questions and his answers were clear and concise.Once we committed to work with him, Ron laid out his time line and plan to get the house sold and gave us what turned out to be great advice on how to market it.The house sold in the first week, and Ron was true to his word in every aspect of the transaction. He included our mother where possible and kept in good communication with the three of us.We would highly recommended Ron Wynn with no reservations. "

Sincerely,

" Dear Ron,

Now that we have closed escrow, I want to let you know how much I appreciate all your hard work and the work of your team. You are a totally cohesive team that offers so much more than just an individual agent. Although you explained that to us in the beginning, it was not evident until now. You all have your own job descriptions and you do an amazing job carrying them out. For example, you promised us you would be there for the critical moments and you were there whenever we needed you.

A week after we signed our contract with you, another agent that we interviewed called us to ask why we had chosen you. Although we hesitated to answer, we told the agent he did a great presentation but we just felt the chemistry when we met you. We really trusted you and knew you would come through for us. We turned everything over to you with full confidence that you could do the job, and you did. I think that it came down to choosing someone we could trust. Not only did we know you from neighborhood sales, but you were referred to us by our attorney as well. I can understand why you are on many attorney’s referral lists. You are on our list for our friends and family as well. "

Sincerely,

" Dear Ron and Team,

You are all amazing! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate how you handled absolutely everything for me when I was in the middle of my long-distance move. Selling my house was not an event I was looking forward to. I have accumulated so much over the years and was dreading the move. You made it so easy. Not only that, there were other issues that were very difficult to deal with, including some personal issues. Not only were you a great realtor, but you handled things far beyond what I would expect. You really were hands on and full service. You talked about providing a seamless transaction and I wasn’t sure what that meant. I do now.
< I was caught up with my mother’s medical needs and her surgery while making a long distance move. My mind was on all of those things and I could not spread myself any thinner. You took everything in your hands regarding selling my house and did it magnificently. You sold my home in multiple offers for far more than I would have expected. You handled all the paperwork and got everything necessary to me, always giving me your time when I needed it. Thank you again. I would recommend you with anyone who has similar circumstances. "

Sincerely,

" Dear Ron,

Thank you for the great experience we had selling our home in Mar Vista. We always knew you would be the one we would call from the many times we have talked in the past and from our many friends and neighbors you represented. Now, we see firsthand that you really are what you say. When you say you provide attention to detail and “hands on” representation, you couldn’t be more spot on. We felt very well taken care of.

In our particular case, my mom is getting on in years and she needed someone who would be patient and hold her hand the whole way. We are not computer savvy, and you reached out and helped us by hand delivering documents and being there when we needed you.

You say you go the extra mile, and in fact you do. We would certainly recommend you to someone in the future, especially someone with elderly parents or someone who is just not moving at the top speed as they used to. You are welcome to share this letter as a testimonial to anyone with similar circumstances as ours.

Additionally, since we had to move early, you were able to take care of us from a long distance and we were not able to come back in town. You made sure everything was taken care of.

Sincerely,

-- Roy Osterhout

Seniors – Ron Makes Housecalls!

Ron enjoys working with people of all ages, but feels there is something special about working with seniors. Call it a niche, or just an affinity for working with people who have lived a long time that has always been special to him.

Ron realizes that in this time of incredibly fast-moving technology, many seniors may feel frustrated at being left out of access to instant information. With so many things being accomplished on the Internet, it is difficult to get personal service and attention. Wouldn’t it be amazing to hear of a doctor who still made house calls? Unheard of! You can barely get a human being on the other end of the line when simply trying to make an appointment, or when calling any business for that matter! Seniors, like the rest of us, are getting tired of the impersonal approach to customer service. No one seems to have the time or is willing to slow down to yesterday’s pace. Because of the natural aging process, seniors are still sharp mentally, but may not be as mobile as they once were. Ron is mindful of this and enjoys taking the time to slow down and spend the time necessary in order to listen and take care of seniors’ special needs and concerns. And, yes, he does make house calls!

Accommodating Your Special Needs

Ron Wynn works in concert with you, your children, and even your grandchildren to help you complete the entire moving process, from updating or cleaning your home in preparation of marketing, showing your home in your absence, selling it for the best possible price, and ultimately arranging the termite work, and retrofit requirements in order to close escrow on time. Ron and his team work around your children’s, or your grandchildren’s schedules in order to show your home to potential buyers when convenient and get your property sold.

Ron also works in concert with your trusted advisors such as family members, attorneys, business managers, and in some cases, your caregivers. Regardless of whom the members of your team are, Ron will work respectfully with everyone, ultimately taking his instructions from you as to how you want your transaction handled. Some of the seniors he has worked with preferred a private and confidential arrangement, without involving family members or their trusted advisors. No matter which way you prefer to work, Ron will treat you with dignity, respect, and always keep your confidence and protect your privacy. As Ron works hard to earn your respect, one day you may consider him as one of your trusted advisors.

We will do two things:
(1) make parents feel relaxed; relieve them from stress and tension of selling their home, and cleaning out years and years of accumulated possessions. Work around their schedules, make showings not too early, not too late. Accompany every showing. Do Not Disturb Occupants sign on the front door. Shown by appointment only. – Security aspect.

(2) Keep parents, as the actual homeowners of the property, informed as to all aspects and events, following their wishes and guidance, and not ask them to do anything quickly or push or convince them to accept any offers. We will invite their opinion and be respectful of their thinking and their choices. We will also send same information to children or grandchildren or other relative who is assisting in the transaction so they feel they are in the loop, informed of all updates on the property so they can discuss with their parents and come to a family consensus on the correct next step.

Helping your Parents sell their Home?

Ron is mindful and respectful to multiple generations. Ron and his team work with children, parents, grandparents, siblings, business managers, accountants, and attorneys. He understands that selling a home can be a huge decision, and there can be other family members involved. He also understands that people who are ailing, aging or elderly, may want to rely a little bit more on other trusted people before making big decisions, as there are those who might take advantage of people who are elderly. We also realize we need to be mindful and respectful to these people who are of sound mind and want to make decisions themselves and who don’t want to be considered less than knowledgeable or less than capable just because they may have slowed down physically.

On the other hand, children are concerned for their parents in many cases but they don’t want to step in their way; sometimes the child may have power of attorney but they don’t want to use it because they feel that would be disrespectful to their parents who are still good decision-makers and solid in their thinking. So the children want to be respectful to the parents and not make it look like they’re stealing the show, and the parents want to run options by their children because they feel they should or they may have a moment of hesitation. Or, maybe they just like the idea of working together to formulate their decision.

Ron and his team will do several things for your parents:

(1) Make your parents feel relaxed; relieve them from the stress and tension of selling their home, and cleaning out years and years of accumulated possessions.

(2) Work around your parents’ schedules; make showing appointments not too early, and not too late.

(3) Accompany potential buyers to every showing.

(4) Place “Do Not Disturb Occupants” sign on the front door to help protect the security of an elderly seller.

(5) Keep parents, as the actual homeowners of the property, informed as to all aspects and events, following their wishes and guidance, and not ask them to do anything quickly or push or convince them to accept any offers. We will invite their opinion and be respectful of their thinking and their choices. We will also send information to children or grandchildren or other relative who is assisting in the transaction so they feel they are in the loop, informed of all updates on the property so they can discuss with the sellers and come to a family consensus on the correct next step. Ron encourages the whole family to collaborate and work together. When families can operate as a team, it helps make the best possible decision for another member of the family.
