  • I like to spend some time working with my client on the Transfer Disclosure Statement. I like to be sure that once the transaction is closed that you will be released form all burdens associated with the sale of your home.
  • One of the ways that we do this is by actually having the physical inspection in advance. Sometimes by having a thorough inspection in advance we can extract information from the inspection report and make the appropriate disclosures.
