28Years Later...I'm Just As Excited
I
enjoy working with people and always hope to be able
to make a difference in their lives. My enthusiasm and
energy are due in part to the pleasure I gain working
with people. My energy and enthusiasm is contagious,
which creates a wonderful environment for negotiating
business between buyer and seller. It is all genuine
and from the heart. I am not only excited in the beginning
but all the way through the transaction. My energy penetrates
the transaction from all angles, because I love what
I do. I want you to be sure your experience of buying
and selling a home is pleasant and effortless. I enjoy
being personally involved in the transaction every step
of the way, from the beginning seeing it through the
end.
One of the most important things you should look for
in an agent is enthusiasm, genuine enthusiasm!
* Not only am I enthusiastic about real estate, I am
enthusiastic about the neighborhoods that I work. I
am genuinely enthusiastic about the homes that I represent.
* My enthusiasm is something that shows in my presentation,
from beginning to end.
I have very strong feelings for the Westside. My attraction
to the Westside and my passion to assist both Buyers
and Sellers helps drive me!
* The Westside has great appeal with its proximity and
convenience to the major arteries of Los Angeles. Shopping,
outdoor recreation and cultural experiences abound the
area with the Westside just "Crème de la Crème" to it
all.
* People can choose from the outdoor pleasures of the
Third Street Promenade, Century City or Westwood to
the cultural experiences offered by the Music Center,
Getty Museum or plethora of ethnic restaurants.
* Our climate is to everyone's envy, not to mention
our close proximity to beaches, the bike path and all
kinds of outdoor activities such as volleyball and soccer,
which are rarely interrupted by bad weather.
* We have the convenience of freeways at out fingertips
and the Los Angeles Airport so close by.
* There is so much to do on the Westside. Many people
want to move here to experience this splendor. My true
heartfelt commitment to our wonderful city fuels that
relentless passion, motivating me to find the right
Buyer for your house.
I want you to be able to sit back, relax and know that
you are in the hands of a seasoned professional who
has lived in Los Angeles his whole life.
* In real estate these days, it is not just about selling
a house once, but continuing to sell it all the way
to the consummation of the transaction. Relating with
people in their "busy world" and keeping passionate
about what home ownership is all about is very important.
* Many Buyers do not buy a home on a regular basis.
They need a lot of handholding to feel good about what
they are buying. I have a soft and sincere approach
to keeping the parties positive about owning Westside
Real Estate. I remind them of how few homes there are
for sale and how many people there are wishing to buy.
I am a great believer in our part of town. I highly
value all the wonderful amenities such as the beaches,
shopping, restaurants and of course our climate. We
live in a beautiful city. Who could ask for better?
I still feel that real estate in our area is a bargain
even with today's high prices, and proving to qualified
buyers is what I do day in and day out.
