The Concierge Service has signed agreements with the most reliable and responsible service providers, so we can recommend them with confidence. The people and companies we recommend have already successfully met the needs of a very discriminating group - our agents and our clients. However, we re more than just a referral source. We are available to schedule, order and execute various tasks such as: arranging moving bids, security system installations, changing locks, utility hook-ups, cable TV hook-ups, and change of address paperwork. We can also provide you with neighborhood and school information.

We've pre-screened the companies we recommend.
Skilled labor services are all pre-screened to ensure that every authorized vendor in our program has the necessary qualifications to do the job to your satisfaction.

Here's how you can take advantage of The Concierge Service.
When you list or buy a home with The Coldwell Banker-Jon Douglas Company, a representative from The Concierge Service will call you. The representative will explain the services available and answer any of your questions. Then you can determine what services you require. The Concierge Service will provide referrals and arrange appointments on your behalf for the services needed before, during and after your purchase or sale of a home.

We'll even send you and your agent a schedule of the services ordered. You should always ask all service providers to provide a written estimate before beginning work. The Concierge Service will follow up to provide additional assistance designed to enhance your satisfaction.
