most expensive parts of Mar Vista are the Westdale Trousdale
area and the Mar Vista Hill area. These areas are located
north of Venice Boulevard between Sawtelle and Beethoven Street.
Homes in Westdale Trousdale start just below $500,000 and

Culver
City is a wonderful area for families and all ages.
There
is a selection of homes available in Culver City from $300,000
to $500,000 and others do exceed $500,000 particularly in
the Culver Crest area. The primary areas in Culver City to
consider are Veteran's Park, Lindberg Park and Carlson Park.
There are also a number of other wonderful pockets in Culver
City to consider in your price range. The three park areas
are located south of Culver Boulevard, east of Supelveda Boulevard,
west of Baldwin Avenue and north of Jefferson Boulevard. Another
very nice Culver City pocket is the Sunkist Park area, west
of Supelveda, east of the 405 freeway and south of the Ballona
Creek bike path.
If you
love older vintage homes, take a look at the wonderful area
east of Baldwin Avenue, south of Culver and west of Higuera
in old downtown Culver City near City Hall and the new MGM
Plaza. Also another nice area of tree-lined streets in Culver
City is the area south of Washington Place, north of Washington
Boulevard, east of McLaughlin and west of Sawtelle.
West
Los Angeles abounds with variety and convenience.
There
are a number of homes available in West Los Angeles in the
price range of $275,000 to $500,000. The primary areas of
West Los Angeles include Westside Village, which is a wonderful
pocket near National and Westwood Boulevard. Many of these
streets are quaint, tree-lined, hilly and charming. The location,
in some ways, feels very secluded, yet it is close to everything.
Another wonderful area of West Los Angeles is the Westwood
Gardens area just south of the Westside Pavilion. There are
a number of areas in West Los Angeles that run from Westwood
Boulevard to the Santa Monica Municipal Airport. The streets
north of National from Overland to Bundy provide selections
in your price range. These areas are considered prime neighborhoods
with limited availability. Homes in this area sell very quickly
in your price range.
