Message From Ron Wynn
Dear Prospective
Client: I enjoy working with people and always hope to be
able to make a difference in their lives. My enthusiasm and
energy are due in part to the pleasure I gain from working
with people. This energy and enthusiasm is contagious, which
creates a wonderful environment for negotiating business between
buyer and seller. Its all genuine and from the heart. We are
not only excited in the beginning but all the way through
the transaction. Our energy permeates the whole essence of
what we do, which is a big part of our success. I want to
be sure your experience of buying and selling a home is pleasant
and effortless. I enjoy being personally involved in the transaction
every step of the way; from the beginning seeing it through
to the end.
I believe
one of the most important, powerful things that a client should
expect of a realtor is an agent that knows how to enthusiastically
promote the home. Not only am I enthusiastic about real estate
ownership, but also I am very enthusiastic about the neighborhoods
I work and also enthusiastic about the types of homes I represent.
This is something which shows in my presentation.
My strong
feelings for the Westside and the strength of the phenomenal
Westside real estate market help drive me. The Westside has
great appeal due to its proximity and convenience to many
great aspects of Los Angeles. People can choose from the outdoor
pleasures of the Third Street Promenade, Century City or Westwood
to the cultural experiences offered by the Music Center, Getty
Museum or plethora of ethnic restaurants. The Westside has
a certain element of charm due to its "neighborly" feeling.
Also adding to its charm is the type of construction, wonderful
older homes abounding the Westside. Our climate is everyone's
envy, not to mention our close proximity to beaches, the bike
path and all kinds of outdoor activities such as volleyball
and soccer, which are rarely interrupted due to bad weather.
We have the convenience of freeways our fingertips and the
Los Angeles Airport so close by. There is so much to do and
many people want to move out here to experience this splendor.
My true heartfelt commitment to our wonderful city is part
of what creates a relentless passion inside me that will keep
me going to find the right Buyer for your house.
In real
estate these days, it is not just selling a house once, but
continuing to sell it all the way to the consummation of the
transaction. Relating with people in their "busy world" and
keeping passionate about what home-ownership is all about
is very important. Many of our buyers do not buy a home on
a regular basis. They need a lot of handholding to feel good
about what they are buying. I have a genuine way of making
the parties feel good about what they are doing. This contagious
energy and passion and commitment are a big part of our success.
I want

our neighborhood and despite today's high prices, still feel

Owning
