Beverlywood is a unique enclave of homes, mostly custom
built in the 1950's and governed by a homeowners association made
up of caring and committed homeowners. The area is comprised of

The upscale Los Angeles community of Brentwood is
regarded by many as the most exclusive Westside areas. With its

to West Los Angeles, is now an area topping the list of requested
neighborhoods in its price range. Culver City has always been well

Hollywood Hills & West Hollywood: Hollywood rich in history, well known the world over,
is an area chosen by people of all lifestyles and origins. Hollywood
Hills is green and hilly with views, decks, trees and privacy all
high on the list of features and benefits. Often the area chosen
by people who love to entertain and party, Hollywood Hills is also
an area sought after by those looking for privacy and serenity.

When speaking with residents of the area, there is
always immediate comment made to their love for the coastal breezes
the proximity to ocean and the smog free clean air common to the
area. People enjoy the environment, the clean air and closeness
to the bike path and near by Marina Del Rey restaurants.

Pacific Palisades is located below the Santa Monica
Mountains and west of Brentwood to the bluffs above the Pacific
Ocean. There is hardly a better place to enjoy glistening sunsets
excluding Hawaii. Pacific Palisades provides a wonderful cool and
comfortable climate of smog free living for all ages.

Playa Del Rey is well known for its white water views
and gorgeous sunsets over looking the Marina Del Rey channel and
inlet to the Pacific. Some homes perched strategically on the bluffs
boost views beyond the Palos Verdes Peninsula clear to Catalina
Island.

Santa Monica is well known for its climate and convenient
coastal location. Santa Monica is an upscale incorporated city with
its own city council and voted city officials. It has an outstanding
police department and fire department with its own city hall and
courthouse. The residential areas of Santa Monica include Sunset

Westdale is often referred to as the Bel Air of Mar
Vista and with good reason. There is something about Westdale that
keeps it very special and qualifies it as an area often mentioned
in discussion as one of the nicer areas to reside in. There continues
to be a strong sense of community and pride of ownership in Westdale.

Sometimes referred to as that rural little area behind
Trader Joe's, Westside Village is that very special area of winding
streets without sidewalks or street lights located south of National
and west of Overland. Westside Village has its own civic association,
a neighborhood watch, and a patrol service which can be subscribed
to at a nominal cost.
