Hire an Exclusive Agent

Many Buyers make the mistake of committing to an Agent that really will not make the time and really does not care. Many Agents focus on too many things at the same time and specialize in nothing. You might have heard the term a "jack of all trades" and a "master of none".

A wise Buyer will choose an Agent that represents Buyers only and limits himself or herself to working with not more than six Buyers at a time. This Agent should be totally loyal to you and have no responsibilities to the Seller. Your Agent should stand ready to negotiate in your behalf, even when your agent might feel that your requests are toward the unrealistic side. A good Agent listens first, explains all options, gives a personal opinion when asked, but no matter what, enthusiastically, positively and passionately forges forward to the request of the Buyer.
