Letter Sent to Prospective Clients
When we first
met, I recall that you specified certain parameters as to the size,
location and price range of the home you were looking for. I'm writing
this letter to let you know that I have just listed a home which
meets your needs as you described them to me, a home I think will
really appeal to you. I have included a flier of that property for
your review, and I encourage you to contact me for more detailed
information. I would be happy to set up an appointment for you to
see it at your earliest convenience.
I am also including
with this letter a complete list of all the homes I am currently
offering for sale on the Westside. Among them are several which
are clean and well priced, homes I think are particularly good values
at this time.
If you have
any interest in the specific property for which I have enclosed
the flier, or if you would like more information about any of our
properties, I encourage you to contact me directly at our office
at (310) 477-9966. If you are currently working with a real estate
agent, please encourage your agent to contact me and I will be happy
to arrange a time for both of you to see this excellent new property.
In the meantime,
should your parameters have changed at all since we last spoke,
would you please fill out the enclosed card and return it to me
so that we can keep our client files current and accurate, and so
that we can keep you advised of new properties which most closely
meet your needs.
I look forward
to hearing from you soon. I sincerely hope I can participate in
the process of helping you find the perfect new home. Nothing would
please me more.
Sincerely yours,
Ron Wynn, Vice President
Coldwell Banker-Jon Douglas Co.
