Use this section to learn about the years and years of experience Ron Wynn has in dealing with Out of Town Owners, and Absentee Owners.

"Dear Ron: For many years you spoke with my Mom and made her feel comfortable, never pressuring her, and always providing her with excellent service when she had questions about the market and the neighborhood. She asked that you be the one to sell her home one day in the future, when the time came. We called upon you as she requested, and you were everything she told us we could expect. You followed through and stayed in touch, even though I was living in New York most of the time. You handled everything a homeowner would handle personally, had they been there. Things such as securing the house, providing estimates for repairs, and overseeing the painting and cleaning that needed to be done prior to listing the house. You never lost touch with us during the time the house was on the market and while it was in escrow. I cannot tell you how important that was to me. For anyone who is looking for an agent who is “hands-on,” I could not recommend anyone more. Thank you again for your hard work and professional approach."

We will work in concert with you, your children, your parents, and even your tenants to help you complete the entire process, from updating or cleaning your home in preparation of marketing, showing your home in your absence, selling it for the best possible price, and ultimately handling all the cleanup, termite work, and retrofit requirements in order to close escrow on time. We work around your children’s, or your tenants’ schedules in order to show the home when convenient and get it sold It takes a very special agent committed to continuous communication to satisfy the needs of an out of town owner. Absentee owners engaging the services of real estate agents often complain about a lack of communication from their agent. Ron believes communication is a top priority when it comes to delivering exemplary service. To accommodate time zone convenience, Ron has been known to set his alarm clock at 3:00am to accommodate clients traveling or residing on another continent. Ron will never lose contact with you no matter where you are living or traveling. He understands the importance and responsibility of being the “eyes and ears” to the transaction. Even though you may be 3,000 miles away, you will always feel well informed and close to the transaction.

Customer service involves many things, but first and foremost, is communication and good listening skills. Good communication is Ron’s number one priority. Clients hear from Ron regularly; even if they are living in another state or country. He lets them know of changing trends in their neighborhood’s market, sends them information regarding all new listings, sales, and price reductions, in their particular neighborhood and of course, all feedback received on their home from showing appointments.

Homeowners, who are a distance away, representing themselves or acting on behalf of other family members, are rightfully concerned. They are not there to monitor progress first-hand. Many homeowners are negotiating long distance; handling estates or homesteads for family members including elderly parents. If requested, all communication can also be directed to your “trusted advisor.” You will receive copies of offers, preapproval letters, verifications of funds, introduction letters, and other pertinent information immediately, and continuously throughout the transaction.

For many years, Ron has worked with multi-generations from out of state, and at times, out of the country. Clients feel like they have a pipeline to all the information they need, regardless of how far away they are located. If an out-of-town owner wishes to stage their property, Ron personally supervises the staging, and oversees any other vendors required for cleaning, painting, carpeting, or refinishing floors, taking additional responsibility to obtain estimates, following through with work orders, and ensuring the work is completed satisfactorily prior to vendors being paid. Ron will send photographs of the before, after and work in progress so owners are kept aware of how the property will show upon completion.

Ron Wynn is committed to providing full service. Communication is continuous and ongoing to make you feel as though you were actually here at the property, working together with Ron, side-by-side.
