Ron Wynn is Not a Secret Agent
Ron Wynn is
probably the best known and highest profile agent currently active
in Westside real estate. That is certainly good for him, but how
does Ron Wynn's success and high profile benefit you?
First, because
it is well know that Ron Wynn maintains an inventory of clean, well
priced listings on the Westside, it is not unusual for agents to
call Ron's office, and ask what he has new in his area. They describe
their client's needs and ask, "Which of your listings do you recommend
we show them?" before they even refer to the Multiple Listing Service.
It is also
not unusual for an agent to call to make an appointment to show
one of Ron's listings, perhaps one that is in negotiation or already
in escrow, only to have Ron or his assistant recommend one or two
other homes as well, thereby "spinning off' several additional showings
from that initial phone call.
The same thing
often happens at open houses. A buyer will come into one of Ron's
many open houses and, after walking through the property, will say
something like, "This home is nice, but I need a second bathroom...
(or a family room, or a remodeled kitchen, etc.)". At that point
Ron recommends his most appropriate current listing, and once again
"spins them off' to the property that best meets that buyer's particular
needs and usually schedules an additional showing.
Because of
the number of agents who show Ron Wynn's listings week in and week
out, Ron has a current list (which is constantly being updated)
of those agents that have active and qualified clients looking for
a home of a certain style, and in a certain price range. So when
Ron lists a new property, he and his selling partner immediately
get on the phone to inform those agents of the new listing, and
generate immediate showings. In this way, Ron has sold a number
of his listings within the first week of the listing period! Many
of them Ron sold himself!
Ron and his
selling partner are constantly on the phone, and out in the streets,
meeting other agents and their buyers on a daily basis. They are
constantly networking throughout the real estate community, answering
questions, and discussing and promoting Ron's listings. They are
always alert to any opportunity to create increased interest, or
generate additional showings.
Once again,
because of Ron's high profile and reputation, he receives numerous
phone calls from buyers asking for help in finding just the right
home for them. They know Ron does more business, and maintains a
larger listing inventory, than any other Westside agent, so they
call him first. When driving around the Westside, they have seen
Ron Wynn's name again and again on FOR SALE and SOLD signs in front
of attractive, well priced homes. Maybe they have read Ron's real
estate column, which runs in The Outlook regularly.
Finally, success
breeds success. Last year, word of mouth and personal referrals
from satisfied past clients accounted for over 50% of Ron's total
business. The impact of all of Ron's personal promotion, regular
newspaper columns, personal referrals and the frequency of his real
estate signs is obvious and overwhelming. People know Ron Wynn,
and they call him first to handle their real estate needs. His success
is your success!
