Westwood Charter Elementary School is a prime school, which adds to the value of our Rancho Park/Westwood location. We have found over the years that Rancho Park and South Westwood have soared in value for many reasons; climate, location, convenience to restaurants, beaches and freeways.

Nothing seems to have added more to the value of Westwood and Rancho Park homes than the wonderful schools, both Westwood Charter and Overland Avenue. Everyone is a winner when they support local schools. When a neighborhood has a strong school base, it makes the property in that neighborhood more desirable. When a neighborhood is more desirable it adds value to each and every home in the neighborhood!

We are proud to support these schools whenever we can. Most recently Ron Wynn has supported Westwood Charter by hosting the Pumpkin Patch at Westwood's Halloween Hoot for the 12th year in a row. Ron is also a major supporter of the silent auction providing the "Chance To Win" Vacation Extravaganza package year after year.
